The Southern District of Florida covers Broward, Miami-Dade, Highlands, Indian River, Martin, Monroe, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties. By statute, court is held in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Pierce, Key West, Miami and West Palm Beach.
