Victor was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1983 and is also admitted in New York. He is a member of The Florida Bar’s Criminal Law Section.

Victor is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and to federal district courts in the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Columbia.
